Client Command Center
Build, measure and manage every Klaviyo account from one control plane.
Clients accounts
In the store's admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps → create an app with read_orders + read_products scopes, install it, and paste its Admin API access token.
Each client is saved on this machine (in .klaviyo-config.json, gitignored). Test & save validates the key and stores everything; Sync from Klaviyo auto-fills company, website, industry, timezone and public key from the account.
Workspace team & brand
Manage who can access this workspace and how it's branded for your clients.
Segments audiences
Build the audiences your flows and campaigns target. Each one pushes a real segment to your active account, defined by behavior and lifecycle stage. Segments are non-destructive — they only group existing profiles, and you can delete them anytime in Klaviyo.
Flows automations
Each flow pushes to your active account as a draft. Open one, Dry run to validate, then uncheck and build. Nothing sends until you turn it on in Klaviyo.
Campaigns one-time sends
Each campaign is created as a draft to your first list, with the email content attached. Review and schedule it in Klaviyo when you are ready — nothing sends automatically.
Coupons
The codes in the emails above (WELCOME15, SAVE10...) are copy only. Create a real Klaviyo coupon so a code actually redeems.
Vertical Playbooks lifecycle stacks by industry
One-click deploy of proven flow and segment stacks for 6 industry verticals. Select a client, pick the right stack, deploy.
Account Audit scored health report
A revenue-led health check of the active account: score, flow status, revenue vs goal, deliverability, cadence, and a prioritized fix list. Reads only.
Reporting read-only
Revenue-tied performance per campaign or flow: placed-order conversions, revenue, revenue per recipient, open and click rates.
Deliverability read-only
Inbox health from your recent sends, a deliverability score, per-campaign breakdown, and a live SPF/DKIM/DMARC check of your sending domain.
BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) shows your logo next to emails in supporting inboxes. Requires DMARC enforcement and an SVG logo. Gmail also requires a Verified Mark Certificate.
Checks your sending domain and its resolved IPs against major DNS blocklists (Spamhaus ZEN/DBL, SpamCop, Barracuda, SURBL). A listing here means inbox providers may reject or junk your mail.
QA / Pre-send checklist
Catch the error before it goes out. Live list of what is still in draft, plus the checklist to run before every send. Checklist state saves per account.
Manage activate & clean up
Everything in the active account, grouped by type. Activate or pause flows, delete what you no longer need (one or many at once), or schedule a campaign. Deletes are permanent and ask for confirmation.
Admin account · consent · privacy
Look up a subscriber's consent, handle "unsubscribe me" requests, and resolve over-suppression. The everyday account-management tasks.
Queue a permanent deletion of a profile and all its data (right to be forgotten). Looks the profile up first so you don't delete the wrong person.
What this dashboard pushed to the account, newest first. Saved per account.
